Make it Happen

1 Launch Meeting
Members of the leadership team and key stakeholders will be informed about the purpose of the engagement. They are given information about what activities are planned, when they will take place, who will be involved, etc. It’s an opportunity to answer questions and get to know each other.

2 Assessment
An initial assessment, necessary to determine the status quo of the company, the strengths and challenges, and the level of knowledge related to the respective topic. We adapt the assessment criteria specifically to the needs and circumstances of your company. Among other things, we work with personal interviews as well as online surveys and individual feedback. 

3 Purpose and Vision

Together with the leadership team and with the input of key personnel, purpose and vision are developed in 
leadership team meetings and/or workshops.

4 Alignment

Alignment means working together aligned around a common cause or point of view. Without alignment and binding direction towards a common purpose  teams easily waste time and energy by each following their own assumptions instead of a common path forward.

5 Engagement

In the engagement phase, employees, contractors and other team members are enabled to actively participate in the development and realisation of your company’s vision and the journey towards it.

6 Sustaining

Sustaining is the result of a culmination of continuous engagement, strategic planning, ongoing skill development and adaptive learning. Especially in the area of operational safety, employees will work in an environment that supports attitudes and actions in which they:

  • experience active caring and a sense of community and purpose
  • believe that the fulfilment of the vision is possible and feel capable of achieving it
  • experience that their achievements and contributions are seen and appreciated accordingly
